With the help of stress management techniques, it is also possible for us to improve our everyday functioning. Due to stress, there are some negative consequences to our mind. 1) Have a treasure hunt

The treasure hunt is an essential group activity for college students to manage their stress. With the help of a treasure hunt, it is possible for us to have group works by involving in smaller group activities. With the help of a treasure hunt, it is possible for us to manage our stress by involving in the problem-solving techniques. With the help of a treasure hunt, it is also possible for us to introduce a little friendly competition. With the help of the treasure hunt, it is also possible for us to strengthen the relationship. The material needed for the preparation of the treasure hunt is that we should have a pen and paper for the clues and we should also have a prize for the winning team. 

2) Play with stress balls

As we know that stress balls are the great toys in order to relieve stress from our mind. Its reason is that these stress balls are typical ways to squeeze the stress. By taking part in this exercising activity, it will be possible for us to get numerous benefits. Some essential instructions to perform this kind of group activity are given below;

A) All the group members should stand in the circle.
B) One member should toss the ball to the other member. 
C) In a similar way, all the members of the team should toss balls towards each other.
D) After taking these balls, they should try to repeat this process. 
E) Students should try to continue this process at least for five minutes in order to relieve stress from their minds. 

3) Participate in group guided meditation

We are using meditation from hundreds of years in order to understand our presence in the universe. By participating in group guided meditation, it is possible for us to heal our physical healing and to relieve stress on our minds. With the help of group guided meditation, it is possible for us to relieve stress from our minds by taking part in the mental images. Some essential instructions to participate in group guided meditation in an effective way are given below;

A) First of all, we should set an intention in the group
B) We should ask the group members to close their eyes
C) We should have a facilitator that should lead the group members towards meditation
D) After the meditation, we should allow the group members to spend some time relaxing
E) In order to gain experience during the group discussion, it is also necessary for us to take part in the group discussion

4) Laugh

There are lots of benefits of laughter on the health of a person. In these benefits, there is also a possibility that we can relieve stress from our mind. Its reason is that laughter can create a chemical response that is helpful for them to get feelings of happiness and motivation. With the help of laughter, it is also possible for us to adopt a different perspective from different angles. The laughter can also become a cause of relieving stress from the minds of the students. It is also possible for us to create stronger bonds of relationship with the help of the laughter. Some essential materials that are needed for the laughter are videos, greeting cards, jokes and stories etc. Some essential instructions that are necessary for the laughter are given below;

1) We should try to make a group of those members that are helpful for us to make laugh with each other. We should also encourage the group members that they should bring a story or a funny video with them.

2) We should also encourage the group members that they should share their material with each other. 

3) We should also encourage all the group members that they should try to make laugh to each other. 

4) The instructor can also make a funny video or a short funny group to the group members.
